Venison Inner Tenderloin

The premier meat of the Doe is the inner tenderloin. This tenderloin is significantly more delicate and tender than all other meats and in harvested from the inside haunch of a Whitehouse Whitetail Deer. This prized and limited venison meat is commonly referred to as the "Filet Mignon" of the Whitetail Doe.

Venison Heart & Liver

Being wild and grass fed, venison is much leaner than beef, and contains less saturated fat.
